We work in a beautiful, natural woodland environment — which means there are inherent risks

⚠️ By booking a session, you agree that:

  • You are fit and well enough to take part in the activities offered.

  • You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during sessions.

  • You will disclose any allergies, medical issues, or concerns ahead of time.

🌤️ Weather, Nature & Location

  • Sessions may include walking, sitting outside, or light outdoor activities.

  • The weather may change — please dress accordingly.

  • We may change or cancel your session if safety becomes a concern.

🔥 About the Shepherd’s Hut

  • Warm and cosy — but please don’t touch the woodburner. It’s managed by me.

  • In wet or cold conditions, sessions may be moved indoors.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give 24+ hours notice where possible.
